Graduate Clinical Intern
Allan聽is pursuing his graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University and is under the supervision of Amber Kelley.聽聽Allan聽has experience聽working in the field of social services alongside a lifetime of practice in the creative arts (music, movement, writing, visual art).聽 He has enjoyed working with children, senior citizens, differently-abled adults, and college students, both individually and in groups.聽聽Allan聽lays a foundation of person-centered practice to foster safety, support, autonomy, and empowerment with clients, allowing them to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, and solutions in a collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental space.
