With over two decades of experience in collegiate athletics, I have built a distinguished career as both a women鈥檚 basketball coach and athletic administrator. As a coach, I鈥檝e had the honor of winning an NCAA Division III National Championship and mentoring All-American student-athletes. In my administrative roles, I successfully generated over $2 million in support of athletics, driving growth and enhancing department operations. Beyond my institutional roles, I am deeply committed to the professional development of others鈥攎entoring emerging coaches and administrators, advising institutions on executive searches for key athletic positions, and facilitating strategic planning initiatives to strengthen athletic departments. My work reflects a passion for leadership, community building, and advancing excellence in sports and education.
